Check the sticker in the seed packet for count of seeds
We recommend using approximately the amount specified on the sticker (but don't be afraid to experiment).
If you’re using your own seeds or seeds from another supplier, stick to the same count more or less.
Open the packet and take out the seeds
Spread the seeds evenly across the pots
Push the seeds into the coco peat
After all, it's moisture that makes the seeds sprout, so make sure they are slightly covered with coco peat
The exceptions are oregano, mint, methi and lemon balm, which should be sown on the surface – they need light to germinate.
Don't be afraid to experiment
Each plant is unique, and it's not that important to get it perfect the first time. Try out different seed types and amounts, and enjoy the process - this is part of the fun of growing.
