  1. Serviceability & Timelines

  • We currently ship within India. For pre-orders delivery timelines are 8-12 weeks from the date of order placement. Standard dispatch in 24–72 hours for regular orders; delivery in 2–7 business days depending on destination and courier serviceability.

  • COD may be available on select pin codes via our checkout partner(s).

  • Note: Ensure checkout and customer data are protected with SSL/HTTPS.

  1. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery

  • Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be communicated on the product page or cart.

  1. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking details are shared by email/SMS after dispatch. Please be available at the address; multiple failed attempts or RTOs may apply a re-delivery fee.

  1. Non-serviceable/Delayed Areas

  • If your address becomes non-serviceable or is significantly delayed due to operational constraints, we’ll notify you and offer options: alternate address, revised timeline, or full refund.

  1. Damage in Transit

  • If you notice damage on delivery, refuse the package or inform us at support@em-li.com within 24 hours with photos and the unboxing video. We’ll arrange a resolution as per the Return & Refund Policy.
