1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to em-li.com and your purchases of em-li products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Return Policy, and all applicable Indian laws.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ and legally capable of contracting under Indian law.
  

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or licensed.

3. Product Information, Pricing & Taxes

• We aim for accuracy, but minor variations may occur. Colors/appearance may differ by screen/device.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Risk

6. Delivery & Delays

• Delivery timelines are indicative only. We are not liable for courier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure.
  

• Your remedy for delay is cancellation with a full refund before delivery.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure.

• Sales are directly between you and em-li.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless em-li, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of law.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
  

• We may offer amicable resolution or mediation/arbitration before litigation.

19. Pre-Orders

• Pre-order confirmation reserves inventory for the next batch.

• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
